Floor Joist:  Floor joists are 2x10 select structural at 16" on center. The floors are  3/4" tongue & grooved-oriented strand  board.
   Wall Framing:  All walls are framed in a wall  jig for accuracy.   Truss Manufacturing:  We build our own roof trusses to ensure the highest quality.  
 
         
 
Wall Set:  A wall is being set on the flooring  with a precision crane. 		 

Roof Construction: Roofs are framed with engineered trusses 24" on center and sheathed with 15/32" OSB.
 
Wiring: A licensed electrician wires a house as it moves down the production line.		  
     
     
 

Roof Set:  After the roof construction is  finished, the workers use the precision crane to set it on the walls.
 

Drywalling: All interior walls and ceilings are gypsum draywall.
 
Window Installation:  Here we are installing Gerkin Comfort Series, superior, thermal efficient vinyl w/ fusim welded mainframes.
