Custom Design Features

Siding
Hardiplank Brand Fiber Cement Siding:
This fiber reinforced siding is made from Portland cement, ground sand, and wood cellulose fibers. Unlike wood siding, it's noncombustible and is guaranteed not to rot. It features an 8" lap with realistic wood grain look and carries a 50-year limited transferable warranty.

1" x 8" Rough Sawn Western Red Certainteed Monogram Vinyl Siding:
This is channel rustic lap siding sealed with a SuperDeck exterior stain for lasting beauty.

Fir Log Siding:
2" fir boards, shaped to look like logs and stained with SuperDeck to complete the log cabin look.

Certainteed Monogram Vinyl Siding:
This upgrade vinyl siding has a wood grain appearance in a double 4" lap profile and carries a limited lifetime warranty.

Roofing
Steel Roof
36" wide, 29 gauge steel panels with rugged rib design . The baked-on paint finish is available in many colors.

High Wind Hatteras Shingles
Designed to withstand up to 110 mph winds, this shingle has a bold shadowed look. It has a 10-year limited wind resistance warranty, and a 40-year limited transferable warranty against manufacturers defect.
